Lovely Summer Recipe for White Chocolate Flan with Saskatoon Berry Sauce

Oops, had an error in the URL of my last post. Drat.

It should have gone like this:

This recipe for white chocolate flan with Saskatoon berry sauce is a fine addition to a summer meal.  It’s a caramelized custard with a wine-soaked berry sauce.  Sounds wonderful just thinking about it, doesn’t it?

Saskatoon berries grow in the prairie regions of North America.  They are a true delicacy.  If they are not available, however, you can use any other berry for this recipe. Strawberries raspberries, currants, blueberries – all work just fine.
